● Involve in processing of customer order by S&OP- Sales & Operational Planning.
● Key person to drive the MPS- Master production Schedule in house
● Key person to prepare MRP-I (Material Requirement Planning) and MRP-II to ensure capacity and timely
delivery.
● Daily basis production planning.
● Responsible for production and assembly lines.
● Ensure correct reporting of production status to the top management.
● Involving in generating PO (Purchase Orders) by assisting all suppliers and vendors as per MRP-I and MRP-II
● Established EOQ- Economic Order quantity Level and recognized MOQ- Minimum Order Quantity points.
● Managed and updated self designed MIS reports to reveal the performance of sales and operational plan.
● Coordinating with purchase and vendors activity.
● Analyzed trends in vendors pricing and sales to have correct timing of purchases to keep inventory at lowest
possible.
● Instrumental in identifying and implementing KAIZEN, Poka-Yoke, 5S & TQM related activities for overall
improvement
● Responsible for total operations with accountability for production targets, meeting delivery date with KPI’s
● Material Planning, Manpower Planning, Machine Planning, Capacity Plannings
● Coordinating with QA, Marketing and Design Departments for Pre and Post Production activities.
● Assist to generate and modify Bill of material (BOM).
