Role & Responsibilities: 

• Support the Production Manager and / or GM Operations in planning, organizing, and controlling all production activities for solar panel cleaning robots. 

• Coordinate with PPC, SCM, Design, Stores, and Quality teams to ensure seamless execution of production schedules based on order confirmations and job sheets. 

• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery targets and optimize capacity utilization. 

• Supervise and mentor production engineers and shop floor staff to ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and quality standards. 

• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements and productivity enhancement initiatives. 

• Collaborate with vendor management and supply chain teams to ensure timely procurement and availability of outsourced mechanical parts and in-house materials. 

• Lead daily production meetings and facilitate effective cross-functional communication to resolve production bottlenecks promptly. 

• Prepare and review production and capacity utilization reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to senior management. 

• Drive cost control initiatives, monitor adherence to production budgets, and implement measures to reduce wastage and optimize resource utilization. 

• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and organizational standards on the shop floor. 

• Support the implementation of 6S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement programs. 

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 4 - 5 years of experience.
