Position: Production Junior Manager / Officer
Location: Mapusa, Goa
Openings: 4 (Gents only)
Experience: 0.5 – 2 years (Freshers welcome)
CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Shift: 8-hour rotational shifts

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Production team as Junior Managers/Officers. Ideal candidates must be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise manufacturing and packing operations for creams, ointments, and lotions.

• Maintain and update production activities using the PERP system.

• Ensure timely and accurate online documentation of BMR, BPR, and logbooks.

• Follow in-process controls and ensure compliance with GMP standards.

• Maintain calibration, validation records, and ensure up-to-date documentation.

• Assist in the preventive maintenance of equipment.

• Coordinate with QA, QC, and Stores departments for smooth operations.

• Support continuous improvement and PERP system upgrades.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

• Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and team coordination skills.

• Willingness to work in shift-based roles.

• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is a plus.
