Production Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production and Manufacturing Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production lines, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

• Assemble, inspect, and package finished products according to specifications

• Monitor production lines to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime

• Perform quality control checks and report any defects or irregularities

• Maintain production logs and complete necessary documentation

• Follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets

• Assist in inventory control and raw material handling

• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

• Clean and maintain the work area and equipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime when required

Preferred Skills:

• Forklift or equipment operation certification (if applicable)

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles

• Familiarity with health and safety standards in industrial settings

Work Environment:

• Exposure to loud noises, dust, chemicals, and varying temperatures
