We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at Sterling. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
knowledge about all measurement scale in gram, mm, kg etc
knowledge about Basic question of 5S, 4M, 3M, CAPA, KAICHEN, Red bin analysis, why-why analysis
Maintain records and positive attitude
maintain disciplinary , and handle team
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
Collaborate with teams for production planning and achieve daily targets of production .
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
