Job Description

Sterling Enamelled Wires Private Limited is hiring for the position of Production Manager for our production department.

Job Location

B-2 Site-B, Surajpur Industrial Area

Position

Production Manager / Production Supervisor / Line Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day production activities on the shop floor

• Manage manpower and ensure smooth line operations

• Maintain production scheduling and achieve daily production targets

• Monitor production quality, output, and measurement quantities

• Implement and follow 5S, 3M, 4M, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and CAPA activities

• Reduce production losses and improve productivity

• Ensure safety, discipline, and process compliance in the production area

• Prepare production reports and maintain documentation

• Train operators and support continuous improvement activities

Required Skills

• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling

• Good manpower handling and leadership skills

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems

• Basic knowledge of machine operations and process improvement

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Good communication and team coordination skills

Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• OR ITI (Mechanical)

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations preferred

Industry Preference
