A Production Supervisor in a solar-based organization is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing, assembly, or installation operations related to solar products such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, or solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved
Supervise workers and technicians on the production floor
Ensure quality standards for solar components and systems
Maintain safety procedures and compliance standards
Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams
Reduce production downtime and improve efficiency
Prepare production reports and performance records
Handle inventory and material utilization
Train production staff on processes and safety
