Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling: Develop and coordinate production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet deadlines. 

• Process Oversight: Monitor and manage the entire production process, ensuring it runs smoothly, reliably, and efficiently. 

• Staff Supervision: Manage, motivate, and mentor production staff, allocating labor resources effectively. 

• Budget & Cost Control: Oversee operational budgets, track costs, and make adjustments to ensure production stays within budget. 

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all manufactured products meet required quality standards. 

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to industry health and safety regulations. 

• Resource Management: Manage and inspect raw materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize resource utilization. 

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks that arise. 

• Reporting: Track production performance and prepare reports for management. 

• Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as quality control, supply chain, sales, and HR, to ensure smooth operations.
