Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets and timelines.
Ensure production processes comply with GMP, SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage manpower, machinery, raw materials, and production resources effectively.
Monitor production efficiency, yield, wastage, downtime, and overall productivity.
Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D, Warehouse, Purchase, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Ensure proper completion and maintenance of batch records and production documentation.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
Lead, train, and supervise the production team while maintaining workplace discipline, hygiene, and safety.
Support audits, new product trials, process improvements, and scale-up activities.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience in Ayurveda/Nutraceutical/Herbal/Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of GMP, production planning, batch manufacturing, documentation, and team management.
