📌 Project & Production Planning

• Understand client briefs and convert designs into feasible production plans.

• Create production timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Coordinate with design, sales, and fabrication teams for project execution.

📌 Vendor & Material Management

• Source and manage vendors for fabrication, printing, lighting, AV, carpentry, metalwork, etc.

• Evaluate vendor quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per the BOQ.
