Production Manager

We are looking for a production Manager to join our team snehal. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.

  Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.

  Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.

  Problem-solving skills, Remove waste from the processes.

  Plan, manage and oversee production.

  Submit reports on performance and progress.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
