Job Title: Shrink Sleeve Production Supervisor
Location: Saudi Arabia
Department: Production / Manufacturing

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Shrink Sleeve Production Supervisor for a reputed manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for supervising shrink sleeve labeling operations, ensuring quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise shrink sleeve production lines and ensure smooth operations.
Operate and maintain shrink sleeve applicators, steam tunnels, and associated machinery.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and meet daily targets.
Conduct in-process quality checks, ensuring compliance with international standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP).
Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution.
Train, supervise, and manage production staff across shifts.
Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and optimize production efficiency.
Maintain accurate production records and reports through ERP or manual systems.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment (5S, Kaizen).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical / Production / Printing Engineering.
Experience: 3–7 years in shrink sleeve labeling or packaging production (preferably in Packaging industry).
Strong leadership and shift management skills.
Familiarity with international production standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP).
Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia with rotational shifts.
Strong communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
