Plan, organize, and control production to ensure timely delivery of quality machines.Supervise and guide the production team, technicians, and operators to achieve daily targets.Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, and Quality teams for smooth workflow.Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.Ensure machines meet quality standards before dispatch.Manage manpower scheduling, shift planning, and resource allocation.Track daily production output, wastage, and performance reports.Handle machine maintenance coordination with the maintenance team.Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions promptly.Enforce safety, discipline, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
