Job Description: Production Manager (Crumb Rubber Plant)
Location: Alwar, Rajasthan Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand) Team Size: 20 Workers (2 Shifts)
Core Objective
To oversee the end-to-end conversion of scrap truck tires into crumb rubber (cutting, grinding, and granulation) while ensuring daily production targets are met without compromising machine health or safety.
Key Responsibilities
Production Targets: Own the daily output numbers. Ensure the machines (cutters and grinders) are running at optimal capacity during both shifts.
Manpower Management: Manage 20 workers. Handle shift scheduling, attendance, and ensuring laborers are disciplined and productive.
Process Oversight: Supervise the physical stages of production:
Tire Cutting: Ensuring tires are prepped correctly for the grinders.
Grinding/Crumbing: Monitoring the mesh size and quality of the output.
Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the heavy machinery to prevent "breakdown downtime."
Reporting: Maintain daily logs of raw scrap consumed vs. finished crumb rubber produced.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2–6 years in a heavy manufacturing environment (Experience in Rubber, Plastic, or Recycling plants is a major plus).
Skills: Ability to handle "hard" labor environments, quick problem-solving when a machine jams, and basic computer skills for reporting.
Language: Fluency in Hindi/local language to communicate effectively with the ground staff.
