Candidate Summary

The ideal candidate should have 4–10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and production of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, and façade systems. They should be capable of leading production teams, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with sales and project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of aluminium windows, doors, and façade systems.

• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

• Supervise production staff and optimize manufacturing processes.

• Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and project execution teams.

• Ensure quality control at every stage of production.

• Improve productivity, reduce wastage, and control manufacturing costs.

• Resolve production issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain safety and operational standards in the factory.

  Mandatory requirements

  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Production, or related field).

  4–10 years of experience in aluminium fabrication/manufacturing.

  Strong knowledge of:

  • Aluminium windows

  • Aluminium doors

  • Curtain wall/façade systems

  • Fabrication processes

  • Production planning

  • Quality control

• Experience in handling production teams.
