We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team Rangate Glass & Aluminium L.L.P. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.
PRODUCTION MANAGER – RESPONSIBILITIES (GLASS INDUSTRY)
Plan, organize, and control daily production activities in the glass manufacturing process.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time with required quality standards.
Monitor and manage all production departments such as Cutting, Polish, Washing, Furnace (Toughening), and Dispatch.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials to improve productivity.
Maintain strict quality control to minimize rejection, breakage, and wastage of glass.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
Ensure safe handling of glass sheets and strict compliance with safety rules and PPE usage.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
