Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production of Ayurvedic formulations (churna, kwath, oils, tablets, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and AYUSH regulations

• Supervise production staff and allocate tasks effectively

• Monitor raw material usage, especially herbs and natural ingredients

• Coordinate with quality control and R&D teams for formulation consistency

• Ensure proper documentation (Batch Manufacturing Records, SOPs, etc.)

• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in production areas

• Handle production equipment and ensure proper maintenance

• Minimize wastage and improve production efficiency

• Ensure timely completion of production targets

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations and processes

• Understanding of herbal raw materials and their handling

• Familiarity with GMP and regulatory compliance

• Strong leadership and team management

• Attention to detail and quality focus

• Problem-solving and process improvement skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda (BAMS) / Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Chemical Engineering

• 3–8 years of experience in Ayurvedic or herbal manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with licensed Ayurvedic manufacturing units

• Knowledge of AYUSH guidelines and audits

• Exposure to herbal extraction, processing, and formulation techniques

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
