Production Manager

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations across cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing, ensuring that each stage meets quality standards.

• Plan production schedules based on orders, capacity, and deadlines so that every shipment is delivered on time.

• Supervise and motivate production teams — tailors, supervisors, quality checkers — helping them maintain productivity and accuracy.

• Monitor leather quality & garment construction, ensuring compliance with buyer specifications and export requirements.

• Coordinate with merchandising, pattern masters, quality, and logistics, ensuring every department is aligned.

• Track production KPIs (output, rework, rejection, line efficiency) and act quickly to resolve bottlenecks.

• Control wastage and optimize material usage, improving the efficiency of leather consumption.

• Implement quality and safety standards, reducing errors and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.

• Handle production-related troubleshooting, such as machine breakdowns, labor shortages, or quality deviations.
