Experience Required:

• Prior experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing setup (preferably food industry)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates residing in or near Savli will be given first preference

Physically fit and willing to work in night shift on a regular basis

Strong leadership and coordination skills

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage night shift production activities at the plant

Ensure daily production targets are met with quality and safety standards

Coordinate with the production team, workers, and maintenance staff for smooth operations

Maintain proper records of production, downtime, and workforce deployment

Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety norms

Report shift performance and issues to senior management
