Job Description

Job Summary:

We at PLENOVA Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. are looking for a hands-on Production & Operations Manager with at least 3 years of experience in Polymer Plastic (PP) packaging for the automotive sector.

Note: Only candidates currently residing in or near Chakan, Pune will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Manufacturing:

Manage daily manufacturing operations.
Handle production planning.
Ensure product quality by enforcing quality control standards and performing PDI.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Coordinate with the shop-floor team to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Operations & Coordination:

Maintain and update production records, stock registers, and documentation for audits.
Prepare and share production, quality, and inventory reports with management on a regular basis.
Assist in customer order tracking, getting purchase orders (POs), timely dispatch, and maintaining service-level agreements.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Polymer Plastic (PP) packaging.
Strong understanding of production workflows, quality standards, inventory, and costing.
Residing in Chakan, Pune.
