Job Title: Factory Head / Production Engineer

Industry: Manufacturing – Bags & Accessories

Location: Ghitorni, Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 3–6 years (Manufacturing)

🏭 Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day factory operations and production activities

Plan and achieve daily & monthly production targets

Handle stitching lines, manpower, and workflow

Coordinate with QC, warehouse, and dispatch teams

Ensure quality standards, productivity, and timely delivery

Monitor material usage, WIP, and factory discipline

Prepare basic production reports and MIS

Diploma / B.Tech in Production / Industrial / Textile / Mechanical Engineering

Experience in bag / garment / textile / luggage manufacturing

Strong shop-floor handling and team management skills

Knowledge of production planning, line balancing, and process control

Hands-on and result-oriented approach
