🔧 WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
📌 Position: Production Supervisor
📍 Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana
🎓 Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / B.Tech in Mechanical
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
⏰ Working Hours: 8 Hours + OT
💼 Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities.
Monitor the production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Manage and guide production workers on the shop floor.
Conduct in-process measurements and inspections.
Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
Identify production issues and coordinate with relevant teams for solutions.
Maintain production records and reports.
Ensure proper use of tools, machines and equipment.
Follow safety and quality procedures at the workplace.
🛠️ Required Skills:
Knowledge of Vernier Caliper and Micrometer is mandatory.
Good knowledge of manufacturing/production processes.
Strong supervisory and team-management skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Good communication and coordination skills.
