Job Description

Production engineer requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Diploma in Engineering will also be fine)

• Cad designing knowledge

• Proficiency in MS word/Excel for reports

• Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• People management skill must be able to follow instructions as provided and also should be able to manage team/Workers

• Planning daily production schedules and instructing workers accordingly

• Identifying,documenting and reporting unsafe practises

• Stock updates on daily,weekly and monthly basis

• Preparing Cad design for layout as per site visits of client’s data

• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.

• Preparing Reports on inventory, production planning and time completion as per project wise

• Identifying all facets of productions and making recommendation for improving on productivity of workers or production processes and machinery.
