Hands on Machine Shop experience with conventional workshop machines: milling, slotting, turning.

Machine set up experience

Must be able to conduct testing and inspection for controlling products quality according to Quality Plan.

Conduct tests and inspections in conformity with QMS requirements.

Conduct tests for New product validation and material as per the R&D requirement

Eligibility -

Three to five years supervision experience with CNC machine operation.

Knowledge of Feature-CAM will be an advantage

Knowledge of ISO-9001-2015

Preferably from Alandi, Markal, Charholi, Dighi area

Skills Requirement:

Must have Observational, Analytical, Technical skills

Able to read product specification and follow inspection plan.

Ability to hold non-conforming products

Hands on experience to use standard inspection and testing tools: Dial Gauges, Verniers, Height Gauges, Dial Bore Gauges, Roughness Gauges.

Prepare IR1, IR2 and IR3 Inspection reports

Prepare First Piece Inspection,

Daily Production Planning and Control,

Deviation Acceptance Report

Testing and R&D reports

Non-conforming report with Root Cause Analysis

Follows additional QC related tasks as required.

Comply with KEY Performance Indicators

Scale: Between Gross 25,000 – 30,000 pm CTC inclusive of all allowances subject to standard deductions.
