• Oversee weaving production on manual shutter looms, maintaining quality and minimizing downtime.

• Manage manual printing (not screen printing) with focus on design accuracy and color matching.

• Coordinate fabric processing and finishing to achieve required texture and quality standards.

• Plan and allocate production schedules, manpower, and resources efficiently.

• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and process control parameters.

• Identify and resolve production issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.

• Maintain daily production records, process parameters, and performance reports.

• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams for process optimization.
