Key Responsibilities:
Product Development: Work closely with the production teams to develop new products and samples.
Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate prices, timelines, and quality standards.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products to meet customer demands.
Order Management: Manage purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor products to ensure the company remains competitive.
Cost Management: Analyze costs and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
Quality Assurance: Oversee product quality checks to ensure that goods meet the required standards.
Customer Relations: Work with sales and customer service teams to address any product-related issues or concerns.
Sales Monitoring: Track product performance and provide feedback for adjustments or improvements.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on inventory, sales performance, and production status to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Merchandiser in Export House . And manufacturing.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Knowledge of wool , Machine knit and organic ,materials, garment construction is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and abilities to work under pressure.
