Production Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee and improve our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining product quality, and implementing process improvements to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee day-to-day production activities.

• Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and production targets.

• Troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to streamline operations.

• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Monitor production KPIs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Train and supervise production staff on equipment and safety procedures.
