Production Manager

Job Title: Shift Incharge (Production Supervisor / Quality Incharge)
Location: Matar, District Kheda, Gujarat
Experience Required: 2 to 10 years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (DME / ME / B.E. Mechanical preferred)
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Job Description:

• Oversee daily production operations and manpower on the shop floor.

• Monitor and control process parameters to achieve production targets.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

• Inspect finished products and coordinate with the quality assurance team for improvements.

• Plan and allocate work according to shift requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation of production and quality records.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues during production.

• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate with maintenance and planning teams for smooth operations.

• Sound knowledge of mechanical production processes.

• Experience in roll forming, sheet metal, fabrication, or related manufacturing industries preferred.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of operators.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

Familiarity with ISO / QMS standards is an advantage.
