URGENT REQUIREMENT – PRODUCTION MANAGER
Industry: Biscuit Manufacturing / Food Processing
Location: Mandideep Industrial Area, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage day-to-day production operations at our biscuit manufacturing plant.
Experience Required
• 8–15 years of experience in food/FMCG manufacturing
• Preference will be given to candidates with direct biscuit manufacturing experience
• Experience in managing production teams and shift operations
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage daily/monthly biscuit production
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Manage manpower, shifts and shop-floor operations
• Control wastage, rejection and production losses
• Monitor mixing, forming, baking, cooling and packing operations
• Improve production efficiency and machine utilisation
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch departments
• Ensure implementation of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI and safety procedures
• Maintain production reports, records and MIS
• Train and supervise production staff
Candidate Profile
• Strong leadership and manpower-management skills
• Good knowledge of biscuit production processes
• Ability to identify production problems and implement corrective actions
• Focus on productivity, cost control and continuous improvement
• Willingness to work at Mandideep, near Bhopal
Salary: depending on experience and suitability
