Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production planning and execution in the interior production unit.
Oversee scheduling, procurement, manpower planning, and daily output tracking.
Ensure timely execution of custom interior projects while maintaining quality.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors for smooth workflow.
Implement SOPs, reduce rework, and improve productivity and machine utilization.
Lead and train the production team and maintain safety protocols.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in interiors/modular furniture.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Familiarity with ERP or factory management software.
Engineering/Diploma background preferred.
