📝 Roles & Responsibilities:

🔹 Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets and ensure timely order completion.

🔹 Manage production staff, supervisors, and operators while ensuring efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.

🔹 Monitor product quality, minimize rejection and wastage, and implement corrective actions to improve production efficiency.

🔹 Coordinate with purchase and stores teams for raw material availability, inventory control, and timely procurement.

🔹 Ensure proper machine maintenance, minimize downtime, and maintain safety standards and housekeeping on the production floor.

🔹 Coordinate with quality, sales, and dispatch teams to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.

🔹 Monitor production costs, maintain daily production reports, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce operational expenses.
