Production Manager

• Supervise day-to-day candle production activities

• Manage a small production team to ensure targets are met

• Oversee packaging and ensure all outgoing parcels are packed and dispatched on time.

• Maintain production records and inventory levels

• Help with production when needed (hands-on work)

• Ensure cleanliness and organisation in the production area

• Read and write basic English for documentation and label preparation

• Report to the Admin Manager on daily operations and progress

• Requirements:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production (preferred, not mandatory)

• Ability to read and write basic English (for labels, orders, etc.)

• Physically fit and able to assist in manual production work

• Strong sense of responsibility and time management

• Good organizational and team leadership skills

• Basic computer knowledge is a plus (not essential)
