Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations. The ideal candidate will manage production workflows, ensure quality standards compliance, and lead a diverse team to achieve operational targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure timely delivery of orders

• Monitor production schedules and optimize resource allocation

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols across the production floor

• Lead and mentor production team members

• Analyze production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams

• Prepare detailed production reports and communicate with senior management

• Control production costs and minimize waste

• Coordinate with quality assurance and procurement teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field

• Minimum 4-5 years of production management experience in manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control

• Proficiency in production planning and inventory management

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
