Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
Maintain quality standards and reduce production losses.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments.
Monitor machine efficiency and workforce productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
Prepare production reports and MIS updates.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Experience in continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
