Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage daily production operations related to CNC Milling, CNC Lathe, and CNC Turning machines. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production flow, quality output, and timely delivery while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control daily production activities for CNC Milling, CNC Lathe, and CNC Turning operations

• Manage machine utilization, manpower planning, and production targets

• Ensure production schedules are met with optimal efficiency and minimum downtime

• Monitor and improve productivity, cycle time, and process efficiency

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, drawings, and customer requirements

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments

• Handle troubleshooting of machining and production-related issues

• Maintain production reports, shift reports, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and company policies

• Train and guide operators and supervisors for skill improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Proven experience in CNC Milling, CNC Lathe, and CNC Turning operations

• Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality systems

• Leadership and team management skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
