Plan and execute daily production activities as per the production schedule.
Monitor production output and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
Supervise production machines, processes, and operators.
Allocate manpower effectively according to production requirements.
Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with Quality Control to maintain product quality standards.
Monitor and reduce production rejection, wastage, and downtime.
Prepare daily production, downtime, and performance reports.
Ensure proper use and availability of raw materials.
Follow and implement SOPs, work instructions, and company procedures.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the production area.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
Identify production problems and perform root cause analysis.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve production efficiency.
Train and guide operators regarding production processes and safety.
Coordinate with Stores, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments.
Conduct proper shift handover and communicate production status.
Suggest process improvements and cost-reduction measures.
Perform other production-related duties assigned by management.
