Production Manager

Job Summary:

The Admin cum Commercial Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations and commercial activities to support the smooth functioning of the manufacturing facility. The role involves coordination between departments, vendor and customer communication, purchase & sales documentation, statutory compliance support, and general office administration.

Commercial Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process purchase orders, sales orders, and work orders.

• Handle vendor registration, quotation comparisons, and purchase negotiations.

• Maintain records of raw material and finished goods dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.).

• Support the accounts team in payment follow-ups, vendor bills, and reconciliation.

• Coordinate with logistics for transportation arrangements and shipment tracking.

• Assist in preparing commercial agreements and maintaining statutory compliance records.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
