We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing of lubricating oils and greases. The candidate will be responsible for planning and monitoring daily production, achieving production targets, managing manpower, ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, minimizing downtime, and coordinating with Quality Control, Maintenance, Dispatch, and Stores departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in lubricant and grease manufacturing, with the ability to ensure smooth plant operations and timely order execution.
