We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, optimizing processes, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety standards, and meeting production targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day factory operations.

• Lead production teams to meet performance targets in efficiency, quality, and delivery timelines.

• Monitor and control manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

• Implement and maintain health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure proper functioning of machinery and equipment.

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw materials and supplies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and quality standards.

• Prepare and manage budgets, production reports, and KPIs for senior management.
