Job Description

Position: Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)Department: Production / Supply ChainLocation: Mankoli, BhiwandiRoles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and circulate daily production, filling & packing plans.Coordinate with HO Planners, Purchase, Store, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.Monitor material availability and highlight shortfalls.Ensure timely sales order booking and client-wise production planning.Track monthly production and manufacturing targets.Maintain effective communication with clients regarding dispatch and delivery schedules.Prepare and share regular reports on production status and material shortages.Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely execution and coordination.Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC).Experience in personal care/cosmetics manufacturing industry preferred.Good understanding of supply chain and material planning.Strong coordination and communication skills.Ability to analyze production data and prepare reports.Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure.Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.Team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
