Production Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a capable and disciplined Production & Quality Head with strong experience in power press operations and sheet metal fabrication. The candidate will lead production planning, maintain quality standards, and manage labour efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Plan and control daily production activities

• Allocate manpower and resources as per requirements

• Ensure smooth workflow on power press & fabrication processes

• Maintain daily production sheets and reports

Quality Control

• Regular inspection of raw materials, in-process parts & finished goods

• Implement and follow quality standards

• Maintain quality documentation and daily QC reports

• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions

Team & Labour Handling

• Manage labour teams on the shop floor

• Recruit and train new labour as required

• Maintain discipline, safety and performance standards

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication

• Power press operations & tooling understanding

• Ability to troubleshoot production issues

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in sheet metal / fabrication industry

• Strong production planning & quality control skills

• Good communication and team-handling ability

• Knowledge of documentation and daily reporting

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
