• Supervise daily fabrication production activities
• Manage manpower and allocate work efficiently
• Handle welding, cutting, fitting, grinding & assembly work
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality
• Read and understand fabrication drawings
• Maintain production reports and records
• Ensure safety standards and proper workplace practices
• Coordinate with Production, Quality & Maintenance teams
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 2–5 years of relevant fabrication experience
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes
• Good manpower handling and supervision skills
• Knowledge of fabrication drawings and measurements
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
