Production Manager

Position : - Production Supervisor / Production Shift Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

1 Manage and supervise complete production operations during the assigned shift

2 Achieve daily and shift-wise production targets as per production plan.

3 Allocate and monitor manpower (operators, helpers, technicians).

4 Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance

5 Ensure smooth machine operations and coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns.

6 Maintain in-process quality checks and ensure products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
