Job Description

  • Planning & Scheduling: Develop production schedules, assess resource needs, and manage workflows.

  • Supervision & Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train production teams and supervisors.

  • Quality Control: Determine and enforce quality standards and processes.

  • Resource Management: Oversee material purchasing, inventory, equipment maintenance, and budget adherence.

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordination: Liaise with buyers, sales, marketing, and logistics to align production with business needs.

  • Efficiency: Monitor output, minimize waste, and implement improvements to production processes.
