Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and creative Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at our Bhiwadi facility. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Concrete Production or Fibre-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Production. The role requires effective production planning, resource management, quality assurance, and team leadership to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet business objectives.

• Ensure manufacturing processes operate reliably, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

• Assess project requirements and allocate resources accordingly.

• Estimate, negotiate, and manage production budgets and timelines.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Establish and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.

• Monitor and oversee day-to-day production activities.

• Adjust production schedules and timelines as required to meet operational demands.

• Select, procure, and manage raw materials and production supplies.

• Coordinate repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance of production equipment.

• Collaborate with procurement, sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Supervise, mentor, and manage production staff and junior team members.

• Identify training needs and organize relevant skill-development programs.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in Concrete Production and/or FRP Manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of production planning, quality management, and process optimization.

• Knowledge of health and safety standards in manufacturing environments.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage teams, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in a production management role.

• Experience in precast concrete, construction materials, composites, or FRP manufacturing industries.

• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.
