Production Manager

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Group Production Head to lead production operations across multiple manufacturing units. The role involves overseeing efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while aligning production with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate production across multiple plants.

• Ensure production targets in quality, cost, and timelines.

• Implement systems for process improvement and productivity.

• Drive employee engagement, training, and safety culture.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance.

• Optimize cost and resource utilization.

• Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, QA, R&D, and HR teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering (mandatory).

• MBA/PG in Operations or Supply Chain (preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in leadership.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and production software.
