Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of products. Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet quality and quantity targets. Monitor and optimize production processes for cost-effectiveness and quality assurance. Supervise and manage the production team, ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate with other departments such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Inventory to streamline operations. Maintain proper documentation of production data, reports, and compliance records. Implement and ensure adherence to industry and environmental safety standards. Troubleshoot issues related to equipment, manpower, or production processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in production management within the chemical industry. Sound knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and safety standards. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
