Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Incharge / Supervisor to manage and streamline operations in our capacitor manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities and ensure targets are met efficiently

Manage production of fan, A/C, motor, and other capacitors (PP & Oil types)

Maintain quality standards and implement process improvements

Supervise shop-floor workers and ensure discipline & productivity

Monitor machine performance, maintenance schedules, and downtime

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and factory compliance norms

Coordinate with procurement, quality, and dispatch teams

Maintain production reports and documentation

Requirements:

Experience in capacitor manufacturing or electrical/electronics production

Strong knowledge of production processes, materials, and quality control

Ability to handle manpower and shop-floor challenges

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Basic understanding of machinery and maintenance

Location: TSIIC, Kalakal

Experience: 1-5+ years

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/ Prior experience Capacitor Industry

Industry: Electrical / Electronics Manufacturing
