Supervise and lead the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Plan and coordinate production schedules and workflow.

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues.

Maintain production records and reports.

Coordinate with QA, Procurement, and Logistics teams.

Train and guide production staff.

Report production performance and improvements to management.
