Production Manager

We are hiring for Production and Quality In charge for an upcoming SPICE Processing plant at Parwanoo (Solan) ,Himachal Pradesh.

Preferably from Spices industry background. Have prior knowledge of spice handling and processing methods

Designation : Production and Quality In charge

Academic : Any graduate

Experience : 2 years Plus

Budget: 1.80 lac Annually to 2.40 Lac Annually

Job Responsibilities:

• The incumbent shall be responsible for production Planning & Execution and quality control .

• He Shall undertake day to day production and quality operation of  SPICE processing unit.

• He shall be Responsible for scheduling and executing daily and weekly production plans as per target.

• He shall perform production activities like  Cleaning and Inspection, drying ,grinding ,milling,Sorting,grading,blending and Mixing,Packaging and Labeling as per standards.

• He shall be undertaking quality assurance and control , implementing and maintaining QC system for raw material ,in process goods and finished products.

• He shall manage daily and weekly product evaluations and report findings to management.

• He shall ensure safety ,cleanliness and discipline on the production floor.

• He shall coordinate with all respective departments like purchase , logistics and operations etc for smooth operation and to avoid downtime.

• He shall review , check and maintain food safety norms and compliance as per food safety regulation and internal SOP.

• He shall maintain accurate records of production activities, quality control data, and any incidents or deviations.
